About the Position:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our Accounting & Finance team. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day financial operations through accurate data entry, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. From posting cash receipts and reconciling invoices to assisting with client billing and maintaining financial records, your contributions will help keep our accounting processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Post cash receipts daily in accounting software
• Enter and reconcile invoices, expenses, and receipts in accounting software.
• Maintain digital files in accounting software.
• Assist with semi-monthly client billing
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as an accounting assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a corporate or small business accounting setting.
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms.
