We are looking for a full-time Animal Care Assistant to join our team! Unleashed is a full-service boarding and grooming facility that is staffed 24/7!

Our Animal Care Assistants are responsible for the needs of animals while they board or are groomed at the Unleashed facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Basic animal care: walking, feeding, and bathing
• Constantly walking and interacting with dogs
• MAINTAINING A SAFE ENVIRONMENT!
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Keeping the animal kennels and common areas clean and maintained.
• Record keeping, checking in and out pets.
• Animal Care Assistants must be active and attentive at all times.
• Most importantly, loving on animals!

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• Must be friendly, organized and customer service driven.
• Must have basic computer knowledge.
• Must have the ability to work in an extremely fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• This position requires both standing and walking for long periods of time.
• Must have a passion for animal welfare.

Schedule:

• Hours range from 6:00am-7:00pm Monday - Sunday,

• Weekends are required
• Some holidays are required
