Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Architectural Engineer Project Manager to lead and manage architectural projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee architectural projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Resolve challenges and provide innovative solutions during project execution.
• Lead project teams and foster effective communication among all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in architectural project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices and industry trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
• Familiarity with local and national building regulations.
• Experience in client relationship management.
