Responsibilities - Auto Sales Manager:

 

  • Responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management and more
  • Hire, train and manage a high-performance sales team
  • Drive sales by managing leads and produce results
  • Desk and close deals
  • Submitting business through indirect lending with banks
  • Selling Warranties, Gap and Ancillary Products
  • Monitor contracts in transit lists and title problem list

Qualifications/Required - Auto Sales Manager:

  • Auto Sales Manager experience required
  • Strong leadership, sales management, and closing skills
  • Team builder
  • Outgoing with excellent communication, presentation and social media skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated to succeed
  • Proficient in computing and quoting sales price
  • Understands dealership operations including all aspects of sales and finance
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - before, during and 
    after a sale
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
