Lead Installer in
New Castle, DE :

What You'll Do: As a
Lead Installer , you will lead and execute high-quality bath installations, working with industry-leading products like
Jacuzzi acrylic panels . Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Complete Installations:
- Shower and bath demos.
- Drywall and plywood backer installations.
- Waterproofing and ensuring mold prevention.
- Delivering Excellence in Craftsmanship:
- Accurately cutting and installing acrylic panels.
- Performing light plumbing work and managing caulking and silicone prep.
- Setting up and breaking down job sites efficiently.
- Team Leadership:
- Mentoring and guiding junior installers to ensure projects meet our high standards.
- Maintaining Job Readiness:
- Managing vehicle inventory and ensuring materials are stocked and ready.
What We're Looking For: We're searching for experienced professionals who are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will:
- Have 3+ years of carpentry (preferably trim carpentry or finish carpentry) or bath installation experience .
- Be highly skilled in cutting, measuring , and power tool operation .
- Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Have a clean driving record and meet DOT physical requirements.
- Be able to lift 75 lbs. or more .
- Be available for Monday-Friday schedules with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Schedule: - Monday to Friday with start times around 6:00-6:30 AM.
- Occasional Saturday work as needed for project completion.

New Castle, DE , serving the surrounding region, specifically near and around Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA.
