Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Must have or be willing to obtain an active Property and Casualty license & Life and Health Insurance license. Insurance experience is not required, we will train the right person with the right skill set.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Answer phones.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain before hire)
• Life and Health license (must have or be able to obtain)
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!
