We have provided waste and recycling services for over 50 years and are the largest privately owned waste management company in California. Our clients include industrial, commercial, municipal jurisdictions, and residential subscribers. We understand that these communities place their trust in our company and that is why we continue to always put our customers first.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to partner with system owners and end users to define requirements and goals as well as identify issues and resolve them.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with process and system owners and users
• Identify issues, resolve issues, and provide proposals to avoid future issues
• Collaborate throughout the design, development, and implementation of new applications and enhancements
• Report and recommend improvements where possible
• Create reports leveraging data

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's preferred, work history can substitute
• Experience with design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions
• Strong SQL or T-SQL
• Experience with ETL
• Strong reporting: SSRS, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, or similar.
