As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's ATM organization, you will be based in Strongsville, OH. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.

Additional locations within the PNC Footprint may be considered.

PNC ATM Banking is a collaborative business segment primarily tasked with delivering a high-quality customer experience through PNC’s ATM network. The group also manages Teller Cash Recyclers, Instant Card Issuance Printers and the PNC ATM Wholesale, Branding, and Outsourcing programs. Within this broader group, ATM Strategy & Product Management manages the vendor composition and functionality delivered through these channels, negotiates business agreements, and delivers reporting to facilitate business decisions across the group.

Strong Excel experience is highly preferred. Experience with SQL, Tableau and ATM technology and data is preferred.

Job Description

• Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
• Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
• Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
• Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solution for operations and executive management to enable data driven decision making.
• Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
