Position Overview: The Salesperson will oversee and manage canvassing projects, ensuring the successful execution of sales and service. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving sales, managing project timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with potential customers through door-to-door sales to explain services and secure leads.
• Manage and track project progress, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain accurate reporting on sales performance and project status.
• Build relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales or canvassing.
• Basic project management skills, including the ability to organize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure project goals are met.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to canvassing locations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20 per hour + 5% commission
