We seek a Construction Marketing Assistant to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the construction and mechanical services industry. You will support marketing campaigns, content creation, and event coordination while ensuring brand consistency across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and executing of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
• Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, brochures, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Support the coordination and logistics of trade shows, special events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage website updates, blog content, and search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop marketing materials, promotional assets, and advertisements.
• Track marketing performance metrics, prepare reports and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in construction, mechanical services, or related industries.
• Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
• Proficiency in social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and Google Analytics.
• Experience in event coordination and sponsorship management.
