JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Service emails to ensure accurate and on-time inquiry follow-up and resolution
Proactively monitor order data for proactive communications and follow-up as needed
Act as a liaison between customer service, warehousing and logistics, and product supply for customer inquiry resolution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma
1+ years of relevant experience
Experience with EDI (electronic data interchange)
Proficient Windows 10 (Outlook, Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint skills)
Good communication skills
Analytical and proper decision making skills
Outstanding organizational, time management and self-motivational skills as well as multi-tasking skills are imperative to effectively perform the functions of this position, due to the diverse job responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, professional and ethical work practices are also required.
Must possess the ability to effectively interact with employees in several functional departments
