Insight Global is looking for a Predictive Analyst/ Data Center Infrastructure Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in analytics, experience with data center operations, and the ability to interface with leadership and large-scale customers. This role focuses on leveraging predictive maintenance tools and algorithms to enhance the reliability and efficiency of our equipment. Candidates will utilize investigation tools to analyze, review, and validate data from predictive maintenance algorithms while interpreting the data insights related to products/equipment. They will collaborate with the NOC team to monitor equipment and manage incidents based on predictive maintenance outcomes and develop and implement condition-based maintenance programs using machine learning processes. The ideal candidate will have experience interfacing and communicating with leadership and customers to discuss predictive maintenance strategies and outcomes. Manage service contracts and extended warranties to ensure long-term equipment reliability. Support the deployment and monitoring of predictive maintenance tool. Participate in decision-making processes across various roles within the organization.
