Job Summary:
A government facility in Framingham, MA is seeking an experienced Data Recovery Specialist to assist with retrieving data from a Dell PowerEdge R520 server configured with 7 physical drives in a suspected RAID 5 array. The system is currently offline due to two non-responsive drives, and critical data is inaccessible.
Scope of Work:
Evaluate RAID configuration and disk health
Attempt recovery of data from a degraded RAID array
Verify the integrity and completeness of recovered data
Provide a detailed recovery report
Recommend best practices for future data storage and backup
Requirements:
Proven expertise in RAID recovery and data integrity analysis
Experience with Dell server hardware
Ability to work onsite at a secure government facility
Strong documentation and communication skills
