Job Summary The Digital Product Analyst is responsible for understanding and executing the strategic direction of our digital experiences, ensuring the product vision, objectives, and key results are met to enable a best-in-class user experience. You will partner with Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, and senior business stakeholders to align on a product plan that meets our vision and prioritizes value for our customers. Essential Functions Conduct a thorough analysis of current and new websites and mobile applications to understand their functionality and features. Engage with key teams across the organization within Technology, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience. Document their requirements and ensure alignment with overall product goals. Write detailed requirements in terms of features, user stories, and identify any gaps. Capture and document how the new platform will be utilized by various stakeholders. Attend and drive refinement sessions. Help clarify and refine user stories and requirements during these sessions. Collaborate with teams during UAT to test the system and ensure it meets business requirements. Document End-to-End (E2E) Processes with inputs from teams to ensure comprehensive coverage and understanding. Build and prioritize agendas for sprint planning and refinement sessions. A ssist in tracking and reporting on the progress of project delivery, ensuring key milestones and timelines are met. Competency Education: Bachelor's in a related field Skills & Experience: 2–4 years' experience as a business analyst in a corporate setting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to document requirements and processes clearly and concisely Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Experience in the travel industry a plus Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision Expected Hours of Work The position is full-time/Hybrid and frequently requires working additional time outside of normal business hours Occasional international travel.
