Trenchless Solutions Iowa is looking for an experienced directional driller to join our team. Class A CDL required. Must be willing to obtain air brakes if you don't already have it.

Pay is DOE and most benefits are available after 60 days.

Must have at least three years of drilling experience. And have experience running a horizontal direction drill not just working on site.

About the Job:

• Work hours fluctuate depending on the weather and season. Summer hours start at 6:00 a.m. and can be long. Winter hours are spent maintaining equipment.
• Ability to operate multiple kinds of equipment and tools.-mini excavator, locator, and directional drill.
• If in experienced in utility locating, training will be provided but, must be willing to learn.
• Duties include but aren't limited to: Loading, transporting, operating, maintaining all types of heavy equipment. Cleaning and washing tools and equipment daily. Minor landscaping to restore land to the best of our ability.

• Ability to think ahead and jump into the next step in process without prompting.
• Strong work ethic with integrity and willingness to learn.
• Arriving late and multiple unexcused absences are not tolerated by our team.
