Job Description Support Workers/Care Team required to join our growing care team for our clients all across Melbourne - including Fairfield surrounding suburbs in Melbourne's Inner North East. Multiple shift types are available, and we prefer support workers who can be flexible to provide support in-home & support outings as required by the client. Requirements To be considered for this role, we require you to hold: Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Aged Care (preferred) NDIS Worker Screening Check (mandatory or willing to complete) National Police Check Working with Children Check First Aid certificate and CPR (preferred) NDIS Workers Orientation module (mandatory or willing to complete) Eligibility to work in Australia Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence Competencies and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role – Minimum of 6 months relevant experience Previous experience of supporting People with disabilities Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team Ability to prioritise effectively and organise your own work/caseload Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice Pay rates vary based on the day of the week & shift type, but rest assured we like to recognise our carers' skills & experience.
