Job Details

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Accounting and Finance team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
2. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other financial documents.
3. Maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
4. Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
5. Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
6. Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
7. Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Performing other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the Accounting and Finance department.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Administrative Assistant position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
7. High degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
8. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
