Your Role:

We’re excited to invite an Electrician to our team at our Constantine, Michigan location. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Ensure the smooth operation of our equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections, adhering to our guidelines and procedures.
• Collaborate with program leaders to uphold our electrical safety program and ensure compliance.
• Follow all quality systems and safety procedures, including environmental regulations and OSHA standards.
• Propose enhancements for safety through electrical programs and process improvements.
• Take on various other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A Journeyman Electrical License.
• Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and a valid driver’s license.
• Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• The ability to work in various conditions, including climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• A commitment to health and safety, ensuring you and your colleagues go home safely every day.
• A customer-focused mindset, willing to work overtime and shifts during peak production times.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Master Licensed Electrician.
• Experience with work order and part inventory systems.
• Knowledge of Automation and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
• Previous industrial maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, and HVAC.
• Familiarity with E-Maintenance or similar systems.

Work Environment:

• This role is 100% on-site at our Corteva location.
