We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join our dynamic team at our Woodhull, Illinois location.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure the smooth operation of company equipment, including electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, control devices, and HVAC systems.
• Perform electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and scheduled inspections, adhering to prescribed guidelines.
• Collaborate with program leaders to uphold our electrical safety program and ensure compliance.
• Follow all quality systems and safety procedures, including environmental regulations and OSHA standards.
• Propose improvements for safety through electrical programs and process changes.
• Take on various other duties as assigned.

Education:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

What Skills You Need:

• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and the ability to interpret it.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle as needed.
• Comfort with technology and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to climb, work in elevated areas, and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong teamwork skills, along with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to maintaining detailed equipment records as required.
• A passion for health and safety, ensuring you and your colleagues go home safely every day.
• Willingness to support operations with overtime and shift hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons.

What Makes You Stand Out:

• Licensed Electrician.
• Experience with Automation and Programmable Logic Controls (PLC).
• Previous industrial maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with E-Maintenance or similar systems for work orders and parts inventory.

Work Authorization and Relocation:

• No Visa Sponsorship is offered for this position.
• No relocation allowance is available for this position.

Site Dedicated:

• This role will be 100% on-site at our Corteva location.
