Environmental Specialist | Huntersville, NC

Pay: $34–$38/hr

Schedule: Full Time, Onsite | Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Location: Huntersville, NC 28078

We’re partnering with a leading utility provider in their search for a Environmental Specialist to support scientific and engineering programs by managing lab inventory and supply tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage inventory of warehouse stock items for scientific laboratories
• Perform annual stock audits and use software to track supply levels
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain various lab-related equipment
• Ensure timely ordering and restocking of supplies
• Support administrative tasks, employee training, and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a scientific or technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience using inventory tracking software and managing stock

Preferred:

Background in environmental science, lab operations, or technical inventory work
