APC Construction, LLC is seeking a bilingual HR Assistant (Spanish/English) to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and has a strong attention to detail. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Assist with onboarding, employee records, and compliance documentation. 
• Translate and communicate HR policies and procedures in both English and Spanish. 
• Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records. 
• Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team. 
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all HR-related documents. 

Qualifications:  

• Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).  
• Previous experience in an HR or administrative role preferred. 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
