\n Pay: $75,000 / yr plus bonus opportunities

Hours: 1st shift - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

\n What’s a typical day as a Lead Onsite Talent Advisor? You’ll be:
\n• Managing and executing strategies to drive employee engagement, creativity, development, and performance.
\n• Executing programs that drive redeployment/retention, skill improvement, and efficient communication.
\n• Actively informing talent of safety policies, standard methodologies, and updates.
\n• Driving and executing process improvements based on feedback and engagement scores.
\n• Maintaining operational efficiency and delivering the highest quality services to meet customer needs.

\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

\n\n

• Have a high school diploma or GED
\n• Have a proficient understanding of HR/staffing practices such as on-boarding, off-boarding, talent management, employment law, and contract language.
\n• Can actively build and maintain both internal and external business relationships.
\n• Are results-oriented, hardworking, and have strong attention to detail in a constantly evolving environment.
\n• Can communicate effectively with multiple levels of management.
\n• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of employee management experience in an onsite industrial/manufacturing environment.
\n• Have strong MS Office skills
