The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) operates remotely, providing psychotherapy and medication management while leveraging Headway’s support for insurance processing and marketing. This role allows for flexible scheduling and the potential for increased client caseload through Headway's resources. Ideal candidates are fully licensed master-level clinicians seeking to expand or establish their private practices.

Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour

And we do this completely free of charge to you! Headways is a flexible service, meaning your hours are yours to set, and it’s up to you whether you see your patients in-person or remotely via telehealth while working from home. We accept the following licenses on a state by state basis:
