*Qualifications:*
* *Education:* MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school; completion of OB/GYN residency and MIGS fellowship.
* *Licensure:* Active New York State Medical License; MIGS Board Certified or Eligible.
* *Experience:* Specialization in robotic surgery (e.g., da Vinci platform) required.
* *Technical Skills:* Expertise in laparoscopic/hysteroscopic procedures, endometriosis management, and fibroid resection.
* *Soft Skills:* Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, strong communication, empathy, and cultural competency.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries (laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, robotic-assisted procedures).
* Diagnose and treat complex gynecologic conditions (endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain).
* Develop individualized care plans prioritizing patient safety and recovery.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
* Maintain accurate surgical documentation and adhere to clinical guidelines.
* Mentor junior staff and contribute to advancements in minimally invasive techniques.
