\nSalary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour
\nShift: Monday - Thursday (5:00am - 3:30pm)
\nShift: Monday – Thursday (3:30pm – 2:00am)

\nWhat’s a typical day as a Paint Booth Operator? You’ll be:\n\n

\n\t
• Operating powder coating equipment, including the powder gun, spray booth, and oven\n\t
• Monitoring the powder coating process to ensure an even and uniform finish\n\t
• Maintaining the powder coating booth and equipment by cleaning and performing color change outs\n\t
• Ensuring safety and environmental compliance by following all guidelines and regulations\n\t
• Recording production data, such as the amount of powder used\n\t
• Loading and unloading raw steel parts and bundling finished material for shipping\n\t
• Collaborating with other paint line team members to meet production goals and quality standards\n

\nThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:\n\n

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent\n\t
• Have experience operating a paint booth\n\t
• Possess strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality parts\n\t
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets\n\t
• Have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\n\t
• Can work independently with minimal supervision\n\t
• Have knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to powder coating and paint booth operations\n
