Compensation:

$95,500 - $197,400 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Join Our Award Winning Sales Team in Palos Verdes, CA, US, and take part in following up with leads to boost sales effectively.
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to understand their home preferences thoroughly and successfully close deals.
  • Embrace the philosophy of "Always be consulting" by offering top-notch service and advice to nurture client relationships for generating repeat and referral customers.
  • Acquire in-depth local knowledge of the community to address inquiries about potential homes and the neighborhood.
  • Skillfully craft written purchase offers for buyer clients to ensure a swift and seamless closing process.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently while excelling in building strong relationships with others.
  • Proficient in sales, negotiation, and effective communication.
  • Demonstrates a welcoming and reliable demeanor.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google applications.
  • Holds a real estate agent license or shows motivation to obtain one.
