Responsibilities: - Conduct financial modeling and in-depth research to guide corporate growth, acquisitions, and asset/portfolio management strategies.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to align key stakeholders and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Monitor market and economic trends to provide actionable insights for investment strategies.
- Screen, underwrite, and execute acquisitions of multi-family communities and strategic portfolios.
- Collaborate with institutional partners and manage due diligence processes.
- Support investor relations through report preparation, analysis, and communication.
- Drive corporate expansion and portfolio growth initiatives by fostering inter-departmental collaboration.
- Prepare investment-level reports, develop recommendations, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field from a top university, with strong academic performance.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience, including investment banking, consulting, or real estate investments/asset management.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to ask critical questions and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and impact.
