Qualifications: Summary: We are seeking a strategic Regional Head of Security & Business Continuity to lead security, business continuity, and crisis management initiatives across the region. This role is the primary contact for all SBC matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will foster strong cross-functional relationships, drive regional resilience, and enhance organizational preparedness through leadership and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact for SBC inquiries, aligning measures with business needs and ensuring compliance. Regularly report on Business Resilience metrics. Conduct training, mentoring, and audits to maintain compliance and improve capabilities. Crisis Management: Implement and oversee the Crisis Management framework, managing Level 2 crisis incidents and ensuring timely escalation and resolution. Business Continuity Management: Manage all aspects of the Business Continuity lifecycle, including analysis, planning, testing, and updates. Support regional business continuity efforts during disruptions to minimize impact. Security: Ensure security measures are implemented, monitored, and maintained according to policies. Conduct security assessments, establish response plans, and oversee safety protocols, including illicit cargo work in coordination with Special Operations. Qualifications: 10+ years in Security Management at a global or regional level 5+ years in Business Continuity and Crisis Management Preferably a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Security or Risk Management Certifications such as CBCI, CPP, CSMP preferred Strong interpersonal skills and trust-building abilities Inspirational leadership skills for growth and development Company Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401k with Company Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off Flexible Work Schedules when possible And more!
