Sales Director (Automotive)

Are you an Automotive Sales Professional from an OEM background looking for a highly autonomous role with excellent brand visibility and quality products, working with exciting clientele, such as General Motors, Toyota and Porsche!

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales efforts, achieving revenue targets, and fostering long-lasting relationships with valued customers.

As the Director of Sales for the Detroit region you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within your designated region. Working directly with the VP of Sales, you will drive growth by developing strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.

This position gives you the chance to step into autonomous management, having the flexibility to manage customers and your prospects independently. You will have the opportunity to progress with tenure even further, to Sr Directorship and beyond!

The Role:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, dealerships, and distributors
• Conduct regular field visits to meet clients and customers, provide product demonstrations, establishing new business relations and growing the brand.

• The Person:Experienced Sales professional from an automotive background, experience working with highly successful clients
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and events and business development ventures, (75% Travel)
