We are looking for an intrinsically motivated individual to be a key member of the Sales Operations team that helps VTS scale. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be the go-to person for all things Salesforce from administration, documentation, communication and training. You will also be responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the CRM and all the integrated tools.

This role is a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to configure and design Salesforce in a manner that improves the efficiency of the entire Customer Journey.

** Please note that this opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires this hire to work from our office four days a week. **

What you can expect as a Salesforce Administrator:

  • Manage day-to-day Salesforce configuration, administrative support, maintenance and improvement of the platform, including profile & user management, roles, standard and custom objects, reports and automation
  • Gather requirements, scope, document, and manage Salesforce projects end-to-end
  • QA and validate changes that impact the existing system through Salesforce
  • Audit, monitor and cleanse data as needed
  • Review all outstanding Salesforce requests and coordinate work with our Salesforce Architect to prioritize and organize projects into sprints

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Salesforce.com administration experience, Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
  • Experience in data migration and integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce
  • Strong project management skills, managing multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate level Excel skills (Pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • You are self-motivated, resourceful and adaptable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue model and prior experience with NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, Apex, JavaScript, IPaaS (Ceigo, Workato) are a plus

Pay Transparency

At VTS, we pride ourselves on articulating a clear and transparent philosophy around equitable, impartial compensation that will allow us to recruit and retain an exceptional team. The base salary is market-driven at the time of offer and is based on tier 1 market data. The salary for this role will range between $90,000 and $110,000 and is determined by several factors, including your skills, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews, leveling, and geography.
