About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams, to ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and effectively translated into solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements and process workflows.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of business objectives with IT and operational capabilities.
• Lead requirements gathering workshops, conduct data analysis, and produce high-quality documentation (e.g., business cases, functional specifications, user stories).
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable project deliverables for development teams.
• Participate in project planning, risk management, and change management activities to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously monitor and assess project performance, providing updates to leadership on progress and risks.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, recommending tools and methodologies to enhance business analysis capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a proven track record in leading complex projects.
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification.
• Experience in [specific industry or domain, e.g., finance, healthcare, IT].
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum).
