Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s presence on TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest . This role requires a creative strategist who can develop engaging content, manage posting schedules, and analyze performance to optimize results. The ideal candidate will collaborate with content creators, assist with content direction, and support the Director of Brand Marketing in executing marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.
• Plan, schedule, and post content while maintaining brand voice and aesthetics.
• Work closely with content creators to provide direction and briefs.
• Assist in creating and managing the content calendar.
• Capture and create content at events for real-time engagement.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and reports.
• Support broader marketing initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management, content strategy, and analytics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Canva, and CapCut for content editing.
• Strong understanding of platform trends, audience engagement, and storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
