Job Description

Sterling Administrator

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work / Troubleshoot on User news
  • Manage User Accounts.
  • Work on users/ groups - permissions.
  • Setting up new FTP user requests / GIS requests
  • Help L1 on troubleshooting activities
  • Mentor L1 on any new activities.
  • Understand the client / Sterling connectivity.
  • Extract and replicate the services.
  • Restart and Troubleshoot Services.
  • Setup new services.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 24th October 2024.

The annual salary for the position is between $49,000 to $100,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
