Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Planner to drive inventory optimization, manage cycle count programs, and resolve inventory discrepancies. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics to identify optimization opportunities, streamline processes, and implement system automation. The Inventory Planner will collaborate across departments to maintain accurate inventory levels, master data, and bills of materials (BOMs), contributing to overall process improvement.
Core Responsibilities:
* Ensure inventory accuracy through inventory controls and cycle count programs.
* Investigate discrepancies, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.
* Partner with engineering on configuration management and BOM updates.
* Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance to meet inventory goals.
* Drive process improvements and system automation for inventory management.
Required Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or manufacturing.
* Expertise in inventory planning and optimization.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SAP S4/HANA and Kinaxis.
* APICS Certification (CPIM or CSCP).
* Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
