The Opportunity:

Drive Trading Excellence:

• Process account model assignments and audit accounts using Excel, Orion, Salesforce, and Eclipse.
• Execute trade orders and re balance portfolios across top custodial platforms (Schwa b, Fidelity, Pershing).
• Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.

Master Data & Technology:

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across trading and reporting systems.
• Develop and refine auditing processes to troubleshoot discrepancies and support quality control.

Collaborate & Innovate:

• Work side-by-side with portfolio managers and advisor support teams to optimize trading operations.
• Provide actionable insights that drive efficiency and compliance.

What You Bring:

• A strong command of Microsoft Excel (V LOOKUP, X LOOKUP, pivot tables, conditionals) and a passion for data accuracy.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• A self-driven attitude, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
• Experience with RIA operations, trading platforms, or custodial systems is a plus.
