Job Description

Our large finance and advisory client is looking for a contract Content Web Producer. This is a remote role, and is expected to be 25 hours per week for a 12 month contract. We’re seeking a savvy, intellectually curious, and dynamic self-starter to join our team as a Content Web Producer. You’ll be part of our Web Marketing team, which is responsible for creating a best-in-class experience for our visitors and members. You will report to our Director of Web Marketing and you will develop and execute content marketing initiatives and materials on our client's website. Contract Duration: 12-Months This is a part time role with an average of 25 hours per week. Required Skills & Experience:

• 2-3+ years proven experience managing project types such as: digital campaigns, experiments, and microsites
• Great communication skills, both verbally and electronically with demonstrated examples of relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization
• Well-organized, detail oriented, and resourceful
• Ability to work under pressure, handle changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple priorities.
• Intermediate understanding of HTML & CSS, particularly React
• Experience working with CMS (content management systems), preferably Wordpress
• Familiarity with various project management systems (Agile, Kanban) and platforms (Workfront, JIRA)

• Manage and develop content web projects based on business goals and requirements, from beginning to end
• Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders such as SEO, Content and Creative
• Anticipate and solve any roadblocks or challenges that may impact initiative delivery
• Document and communicate project status to teams on a regular basis to ensure all teams are aware of next steps and project milestones
• Identify process gaps and increase and formalize efficiencies as needed
• Update content, make small code adjustments, and handle the day-to-day support of ongoing website updates, requests and maintenance.
