Key Responsibilities:

• Finish, smooth, and level freshly poured concrete surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
• Set up, align, and secure forms and molds to ensure proper placement of concrete.
• Operate hand and power tools, including trowels, floats, and screeds, to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure concrete surfaces.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to execute tasks accurately.
• Ensure proper slope, depth, and finish according to job requirements and client expectations.
• Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in concrete finishing.
• Expertise in various finishing techniques, including hand and machine troweling.
• Extensive experience working on a range of concrete applications, such as sidewalks, curbs, slabs, foundations, and walls.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and curing processes.
• Ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced commercial and residential project environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
• OSHA 10 certification is preferred but not required.
