Job Description

Our growing team is in search of a General Dentist who is exceptionally qualified to take special care of our patients. This culture driven organization believes that when patients are the obsession, the rest falls into line. We also value long term relationships (with patients AND the team!) which is why we want all of our doctors to profit share or become equity partners within 24 months. Our Equity Earn-In Program allows you to become a mostly passive investor in your healthcare business as well as an incredible clinician without taking on additional debt. Equity is earned as opposed to purchased.

This is a full-time opportunity with a base salary plus % of production.

Requirements: DDS/DMD degree from accredited US dental school and proof of active WI state license.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year base plus productivity incentive pay.
