We are searching for a Senior Program Manager to lead a team of 8. This team handles third party logistics for a few dozen large accounts across the United States. The right candidate will be able to manage/delegate while also stepping in to assist with a white glove approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for large accounts
• Coach, Direct, Support an eight person Program Specialist team
• Ensure all programs are delivered on time
• Tweak / Implement program framework / process with KPIs.
• Work across internal channels, with a focus on sales partnership
• Status / Performance reports to stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ Years in Program Management
• 2+ Years Supervising / Managing a team
• Third Party Logistics Experience (3PL) preferred
• Telecom Experience is a plus
• NetSuite Experience is a plus
